The girl who grew up in the middle of a coffee plantation used the newly planted coffee trees from her parents to compare her height. In a short time, the plant surpassed her in size, but that comparison, like a child's game, was enough to make the love for coffee farming sprout in her heart. The girl grew up and the desire to produce coffee did too.

The plantation planted by her parents no longer exists; however, upon meeting her husband and recognizing the same desire in him, Simone today has, with the family she built, her own coffee plantation, which she cares for with immense dedication, affection, and a focus on quality production. She monitors everything closely, especially the harvest, the moment she considers most special, and continues to be grateful for what coffee farming provides her, focused on producing more and better each crop.
