Requirements to be a Cooperator
To become a Coocacer member, you must meet the following requirements:
Type of Person: Individuals or legal entities may join the cooperative.
Activity: Be a coffee producer from the Cerrado Mineiro region or adjacent areas compatible with the cooperative's guidelines.
Compliance: Agree to the provisions of the cooperative's bylaws and internal regulations and sign the membership agreement, accepting the cooperative's commitments and obligations.
Do No Harm: Must not engage in activities that may harm or conflict with the organization's interests and social objectives.

Cooperative Member's Rights
The rights of Coocacer members include:

Criteria for becoming a Cooperator

Duties of the Cooperative Member
The duties of Coocacer members include:

Meet environmental requirements: Up-to-date Rural Environmental Registry (CAR). Avoid deforestation. Comply with regulations on rational water use, soil conservation, and biodiversity. Ensure good working conditions on the property, respecting labor rights and prohibiting practices such as child labor or slavery. Follow safety and pesticide use rules, avoiding products prohibited by the Global Coffee Platform (GCP).

Compliance with Standards: Comply with the provisions of the law, the statute, the internal regulations and the resolutions of the general meeting and the board of directors.

Punctuality in Obligations: Fulfill all obligations to the cooperative punctually and remain in good standing.

Look after the Interests: Protect the general interests and material and moral assets of the cooperative, avoiding actions that could harm it.

Reporting Irregularities: Bring to the attention of the board of directors or the supervisory board any irregularity of which you are aware that violates the law or the cooperative's rules.
