2) 💡SUGGESTIONS – What is suggested; proposal, advice, idea. We guarantee that all suggestions and feedback related to stakeholder engagement will be taken into consideration in future protocol updates and will receive a formal response to the requester at least once a year. The Grievance Committee is solely responsible for deciding whether or not to adhere to the suggestions or feedback.
 

3) 🚨COMPLAINTS - A complaint is a complaint or concern from any person about the actions of another person or organization regarding rules and policies that negatively affect them.

🤝OUR COMMITMENT:

Reports filed here will be received by the Grievance Committee and analyzed, responded to, and addressed according to the severity of the situation. Our response time is up to 3 months. However, if a complaint involves risks to human rights or the environment, we have adopted a specific procedure. Initially, we will respond within 3 business days. We will then take the appropriate action to respond to the complaint. If you wish, we guarantee your anonymity. However, you can reveal your identity if you wish.
