Imagem Elas no Café

Elas no Café is a project by COOCACER that values ​​female participation in coffee farming, promoting equity and empowerment in agribusiness. The event brings together female producers, professionals, and experts for discussions on sustainability, innovation, and sector challenges, while highlighting inspiring stories. The initiative encourages the inclusion and training of women, strengthening their leadership in sustainable coffee production.

Integrated with the Sustainable Coffee Program, the project promotes education and experience sharing to boost the presence of women in the coffee production chain. Through lectures and panels, Elas no Café emphasizes the importance of diversity and recognizing women’s contributions in the sector.

EDUCAFÉ

EduCafé is an educational project by COOCACER, created in 2018 to train producers, workers, and students in sustainable coffee farming. Integrated with the Sustainable Coffee Program, it offers training and partnerships with universities and schools, covering topics such as water management, bio-inputs, and regenerative coffee cultivation. The goal is to ensure innovation and sustainability in production while strengthening rural succession and sector competitiveness.

With technical support and educational metrics, EduCafé promotes good agricultural and environmental practices, preparing future generations for the evolution of coffee farming. The initiative reinforces the connection between education and sustainability, ensuring the adoption of efficient and responsible techniques.

Young people at AGRO

Primeiro encontro Jovens no Agro

Jovens no Agro is a COOCACER project that encourages the new generation to enter coffee farming and agribusiness. Through training, events, and partnerships, it offers technical and practical knowledge on sustainable production, agricultural management, and innovation. The goal is to professionalize young people, preparing them for a dynamic market and ensuring the continuity of coffee farming in the Cerrado Mineiro region.


Integrated into the Sustainable Coffee Program, the project reinforces COOCACER's commitment to education and rural succession. In addition to providing training, it promotes the exchange of experiences between generations, strengthening innovation and sustainable development in the coffee sector.

Coocacer KIDs

The Coocacer Kids project is a Coocacer initiative focused on educating and raising awareness among children about coffee farming and the importance of sustainability. The project seeks to engage young people from an early age, promoting educational activities that teach them about coffee cultivation, sustainable practices, and the value of farm work.

 

Through workshops, lectures, and recreational activities, Coocacer Kids aims to develop a new generation of citizens who are aware of and committed to environmental preservation and the value of family farming.
