


We classify and taste all deposited coffees using the COB (Official Brazilian Classification) methodologies and the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) scale to enhance the quality produced by our members.
We provide consulting and advisory services for our members to participate in all quality-enhancing competitions, in accordance with the regulations of each competition.
Our Quality laboratory is ISO 9001 certified to ensure equality and safety in processes. Our team is qualified and certified by the SCA as Q-Graders.

The Coocacer Stage of the Cerrado Mineiro Region Award was created to value and celebrate the attributes of our members' coffees, as well as recognize their commitment to quality and sustainable production.
The Awards ceremony takes place on the NIGHT OF SINGULARITY to close the HARVEST and recognize the quality and sustainability of the coffee and farms, awarding certified farms.
At the end of the ceremony, we recognize the individuals and companies involved in the coffee chain with the FRIENDS OF COFFEE award.
