Coffee farming has always been a part of his life, and one of his first memories is the coffee plantation managed by his grandparents. That's how Sidney fell in love with the crop, which he calls fantastic, such is the fascination it holds for him. His connection to coffee also had a strong relationship with his father, who taught him to respect and be grateful for the crop that has always involved his family and provided their livelihood.

In adulthood, Sidney chose coffee as a profession. He studied and specialized to continue his family's legacy and the love he nurtured for coffee farming. Based on his studies, he was able to help other coffee farmers improve their production, extracting all the potential that the region allows and inspires.

Today, Sidney produces his own coffee with his wife and family, and care, dedication, and affection guide the production, which is focused on quality as a differentiator and as a motivating factor to achieve satisfactory results.
