ALZIRA CORSI MANTOVANELLI
FINALISTA DO CONCURSO CAFÉS DE QUALIDADE
COOCACER ARAGUARI 2019
The Alzira mosaic has a history that intertwines with the history of coffee. Granddaughter and daughter of coffee farmers, her ancestors migrated from the South of Minas to Paraná, following the path of coffee farming and the frontiers that were opening up. That is how the native of Paraná, along with her family, arrived at the new frontier that was gaining strength in the 1980s, the Cerrado Mineiro Region.
With property in the Araguari region, the coffee-loving family continued with a new chapter of its history. With the loss of their father, Alzira and her nine siblings began to carry out all the farm work and faced difficulties, but the dream of prospering in coffee farming strengthened the family business.
Fazenda Irmãos Corsi, located in Araguari, relies on the commitment of Alzira and her husband Vantuir to produce increasingly high-quality beans with sustainability. This commitment has already yielded positive returns; for the third consecutive year, the farm's beans have placed in the Coocacer Quality Coffee Contest, achieving first place in 2018.
