The girl who grew up amidst the coffee plantation used the newly planted coffee trees by her parents to measure her height. In a short time, the plant outgrew her, but that childhood comparison was enough to spark in her heart a love for coffee cultivation. The girl grew up, and so did her desire to produce coffee.

The plantation planted by her parents no longer exists. However, upon meeting her husband and recognizing in him the same passion, Simone now owns, together with the family she built, her own coffee plantation. She cares for it with immense dedication and affection, always focused on producing high-quality coffee. She closely oversees every step, especially the harvest, which she considers the most special moment, and remains grateful for all that coffee cultivation provides, committed to producing more and better with each harvest.
