Coffee cultivation has always been a part of his life, and one of his earliest memories is of the coffee plantation managed by his grandparents. It was through this experience that Sidney fell in love with the culture, which he describes as fantastic, so great is the fascination it holds for him. His connection to coffee was also deeply influenced by his father, who taught him to respect and be grateful for the crop that has always supported his family.

As an adult, Sidney chose coffee as his profession. He studied and specialized to continue his family’s legacy and nurture the love he developed for coffee cultivation. Drawing on his education, he has been able to assist other coffee growers in improving their production, extracting the full potential that the region allows and inspires.

Today, Sidney produces coffee alongside his wife and family, guided by care, dedication, and affection. Their production focuses on quality as a distinguishing factor and as a source of motivation to achieve satisfying results.
