LADMIR DE LIMA

He is one of those coffee farmers who has coffee in his veins and in his history. He is the fourth generation of his family to cultivate coffee and learned from his ancestors that this is a challenging yet passionate crop. Ladmir is the great-grandson of a European immigrant who helped clear the lands of Paraná for coffee cultivation. With sacrifice, he acquired his land and started production. His successors continued until frost devastated the crops and caused Ladmir's father to arrive at the new coffee frontier: the Cerrado Mineiro Region.

The new lands brought hope, but also a new challenge: water scarcity during the flowering period. The adversity was overcome with information, research, technology, and a will to prosper in the new lands. Today, Ladmir is proud of his history and the new chapters he has written with his commitment to continually improve the quality of the beans harvested crop after crop.
